Anna Cantwell



Enthralled with yoga and mindfulness at a young age, Anna found her way in the world as a teacher.  Her study of language, meditation, and movement led her to LA transform the way people live and breathe, and seamlessly integrate mindfulness into all aspects of life.

Her own experience with self healing and chronic pain inspired her to educate others on plant medicine, pranayama, and yoga to begin their own healing journey. She teaches yoga and meditation across LA, and her vision is to spread peace.
