After struggling for years with severe anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, she found both home and healing within meditation. As a coach and teacher, her life's work is to hold space and lovingly guide individuals towards understanding themselves - both their light and shadow sides - so that they can live truly fulfilled, realized, and loving lives.
